The Tower Building At-A-Glance

The Tower Building is situated along the I-270 technology corridor in Rockville, MD, at Tower Oaks a 200-acre, 2.5 million sq. ft. wooded campus of mixed-use commercial, retail, residential, hotel and Class A office space. The design combines environmental sensitivity with the most advanced energy-efficiency technologies to create a cleaner, brighter and much quieter indoor environment. Using 30% less energy than typical office buildings, The Tower Building features Low-E Glass for maximum daylight and comfort, triple-scrubbed and completely replaced indoor air every 55 minutes, recycled and non-toxic building materials, and a high-efficiency air conditioning system.
